Campus Life

The college nurtures students through modern facilities, active societies and sports, preparing them for life beyond campus with teamwork, leadership, confidence and effective communication.

Facilities & Services

Library

A well-stocked library. Students are issued a book for two weeks (reissue available) and receive library cards after admission.

Book Bank

Provides textbooks to poor and deserving students. Graduating students are encouraged to donate used books for others.

Dispensary

An on-campus dispensary with a stock of essential medicines, providing services to students during college hours.

Counselling Centre (2020)

Helps students with health, financial, academic and career concerns through seminars, workshops and lectures.

Quality Enhancement Cell (2021)

Established January 2021 to promote higher standards of education and research compatible with international standards.

Parking

A reserved parking lot for students and visitors. Vehicles must be locked and a parking token obtained from the stand.

Sports

The College Sports Board organizes and promotes games throughout the year and prepares students for Inter-Collegiate, Board and University tournaments. Facilities are available for the following games:

Co-curricular activities are actively promoted through a variety of student societies and clubs under the Societies' Board. These platforms help students develop essential life skills, collaborate with peers and engage in meaningful experiences beyond the classroom — fostering teamwork, leadership, emotional resilience, confidence and effective communication.

Intermediate

Winter: Maroon blazer, maroon full-sleeve sweater, white shirt, dark-grey trousers, maroon & yellow striped necktie, black shoes and black belt.
Summer: Dark-grey trousers, white shirt, black shoes and black belt.

BS Programs

Boys: White dress shirt, khaki dress pants, black shoes and a department necktie; maroon sweater and blazer in winter.
Girls: White shalwar kameez, department-colour scarf and black shoes.

Code of Conduct

Maintain discipline in the college, classrooms, laboratories and playing fields.
Do not damage college property; avoid obscene language and quarrels.
Smoking and the use of mobile phones are strictly prohibited on campus.
The college card and uniform are mandatory for attendance.
Arms and ammunition (even licensed) are not permitted on campus.
Vehicles must be parked only in the designated parking area.

Disciplinary fines apply, e.g. Rs. 100/day for not wearing uniform and Rs. 1000 for bringing a prohibited mobile phone/camera.
